Bubble Skincare pays approved return shipping and provides a prepaid return label. We do not charge a restocking fee. Items should be returned in the condition received with included components and proof of purchase when available.
Inspect your order promptly and contact us if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. These terms do not reduce rights that apply to faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods.
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Financial institutions generally complete processing within 5–10 business days after the refund is issued. You may request cancellation before an order ships; after shipment, the return process applies.
